7. Health and wellbeing at the police station
My health and wellbeing will be looked after while I’m at the police station.
The police might ask a specialist health worker to meet with you if they’re worried about your health or wellbeing.
The health worker gives advice on how best to support people with any health needs.
This includes if you take any medication, have mental health difficulties, a learning disability, or you are neurodivergent (for example, if you have autism or ADHD).
