Your Youth Justice Service (YJS) case manager has a responsibility to help keep you safe. They will listen to any concerns you have about your safety and will handle them in the right way.
If you have been released from custody following your remand without being found guilty, your YJS case manager will not be responsible for you. Your local authority will make sure you have somewhere safe to go.
If your living arrangements become unsafe at any time, your YJS case manager should help you find somewhere else to stay.
If there’s a big threat to your safety, you may be moved for protection. If this happens, your YJS case manager will make sure you have the right support in place in your new home and help manage this move.
